Back in Havasu

We arrived back in Havasu yesterday about 2:00p Arizona time.  Traffic along the drive was a bit heavy which can be expected since New Years is coming up.  The temperature here is about 10 degrees cooler than the California coast and today we have about 20 mph winds.  Fortunately the winds are supposed to die down tomorrow.

    Lake Havasu is one of my favorite places, but dang does it get hot in the summer. Having a boat really helps but you have to watch out for the all the drunks. Fortunately, they've really been cracking down on them over the past few years.

    You are so right Mark. Unfortunately there are a few deaths on the lake every summer. But it’s still a great place to be!
